A leading technology firm is seeking an APJ Partner Marketing Leader to spearhead their partner marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to implement effective marketing strategies, drive partner engagement, and measure return on investment, ideally bringing over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, and communications.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering partner-generated pipeline.
  • Experience across the Asia Pacific Region including Australia, Singapore, Japan, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner marketing strategy across APJ and serve as the primary contact for partners.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure integration.
  • Engage with top resellers and Managed Service Providers in APJ.

About the position
The APJ Partner Marketing Leader is responsible for leading our partner marketing strategy across APJ. The role works cross-functionally as a business partner with the regional marketing, partner marketing, channel, and sales team across ANZ and ASEAN.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing-related topics
in the region, driving the partner marketing strategy effectively.
•Work closely with the global partner marketing team to regionalize their
materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with local market needs.
•Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that partner marketing is
seamlessly integrated into their overall marketing strategies.
•Engage with our top-performing resellers and Managed Service Providers
(MSPs) in the APJ region to provide support and resources that drive their
growth with distribution, TAP, and AWS teams to develop and execute a cohesive and winning marketing strategy.
•Oversee Mimecast-led partner marketing initiatives across the region,
including TO, THROUGH partner activities and Mimecast events.
•Ensure proper tracking of partner marketing return on investment in
accordance with company guidelines.

What You'll Need
Essential Skills and Experience:

•10+ years’ experience in Marketing (B2B Marketing, Channel Marketing,
Communications)
•Proven track record of building and delivering partner-generated pipeline
•Strong project management and time management skills
•Experience working across the Asia Pacific Region including Australia,
Singapore, Japan and India.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and unify efforts across teams
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent knowledge and understanding of the IT Channel and cybersecurity
marketplace
