Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GTM APJ leader to drive Inkjet supplies and CO portfolio management. In this role, you will partner with GBU Product Managers, CO and cross-functional teams to oversee the full product lifecycle, from current business management to new product introductions (NPIs) and special projects. Your expertise in market analysis, pricing strategy, and collaborative execution will be critical to enhancing our product portfolio and supporting business growth across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Current Business Management
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight:
    Manage key elements of the product lifecycle—including derivatives, pack variations, country expansion strategies, and end-of-life (EOL) product selections—to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Portfolio Review & Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive reviews of category performance, engage with GBU and coordinate adjustments in portfolio or pricing as required.
  • HW Partnerships & Revenue Initiatives:
    Collaborate closely with WW Home Hardware teams to optimize hardware placements, drive increased revenue/IB, and other initiatives through strategic alignment and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Forecasting Engagement:
    Collaborate with the forecasting team to signal changes related to NPIs, product volumes, and EOL decisions.
  • Pricing & Strategy Alignment:
    Lead discussions on legacy pricing strategies, manage CPP lineup reviews, and provide PI guidance to ensure competitive market positioning.
2. New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Strategic NPI Discussions:
    Work with GBUs to develop strategies covering CPP savings, cartridge yield improvements, pricing guidance, and determining whether product scopes should be regionalized.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Partner with finance teams and the HW CO team to ensure smooth alignment on TCO and overall financial targets.
  • Market & Pricing Briefings:Lead market briefings detailing system presentations, supplies value propositions, competitive pricing positions, and market scope.
    Conduct comprehensive pricing team briefings on yields, cost metrics, pricing guidelines, predecessor product insights, country-specific scopes, and SKU details, while ensuring timely updates to pricing tools.
  • Marketing & Packaging Collaboration:
    Review and refine marketing assets and collaborate with the packaging team to enhance product appeal and market fit.
  • NPI Communication:
    Serve as the liaison for the NPI CO team, ensuring effective communication of new product initiatives, adjustments to launch calendars, and updates to the product portfolio.
3. Ad Hoc and Special Projects
  • Market Support:
    Provide dedicated support in response to market requests, ensuring agile and effective solutions.
  • Special Projects Execution:
    Lead and manage special projects that drive innovation and process improvements across the portfolio.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
