AbbVie Operations Singapore is seeking a Senior Supervisor for API Quality Operations to oversee quality systems for API Manufacturing Operations in line with AbbVie policies and cGMP. You will supervise and mentor a team, ensure compliance, and support cross-functional initiatives across the site.

The role involves leading batch reviews, change controls, CAPA, and investigations while collaborating with global counterparts to maintain site objectives and high quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences (i.e. Biologicals, Biomedical, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical), Pharmacy, or Engineering (i.e. Biomedical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a GxP environment and Quality function.
• Proven track record of teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of Quality Operations Specialists to ensure API operations follow cGMP and AbbVie policies.
• Mentor subordinates and cross-functional colleagues to achieve site goals and metrics.
• Lead change management, batch review, and QA disposition for API/BDS batches.
• Review SOPs and ensure timely investigations for non-compliance with product/process changes.
• Coordinate with global change coordinators and cross-functional teams for CAPA and improvements.
