Job summary

AbbVie Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Quality Operations Supervisor to oversee API manufacturing quality systems. You will supervise a team, ensure batch release and QA oversight, and drive continuous improvement in cGMP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• At least 6 years in a GxP quality environment.
• Proven track record of team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of GxP, cGMP and API quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality operations team to ensure API manufacturing complies with cGMP.
• Review and approve batch records with timely disposition.
• Lead change controls and CAPA investigations across sites.
• Mentor subordinates and front auditors as needed.
• Collaborate with global QA and site teams to uphold AbbVie quality standards.
