Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Proficiency in C# backend concepts to support API development and troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinking, documentation, and clear communication of API functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal teams on API questions and integration guidance.
• Analyze API usage scenarios to enable effective integration.
• Investigate and resolve API issues with development teams.
• Maintain and update API documentation and guidelines.
• Define API data models and input/output structures.
• Collaborate with developers to design compliant APIs.
• Review API specifications for consistency.
• Support creation and maintenance of API documentation and interface specs.
• Contribute to API lifecycle management, including versioning.
• Monitor API usage trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support API governance with lifecycle processes and security policies.
• Maintain API catalog and documentation standards.
