Job summary

AWS APAC Transportation team in Singapore seeks a highly skilled Transportation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management, and process improvements in transport and logistics for one of the world's leading cloud providers.

You will collaborate across AWS teams to ensure safety, compliance, and cost efficiency while delivering scalable solutions and continuous optimization in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analysis, Construction, or other related fields.
• 3+ years of transportation and supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of escalation for transportation vendor related issues.
• Manage vendor operational excellence through data driven metrics.
• Implement and execute transportation strategies that support short and long term goals.
• Influence internal technical teams to drive multi-system process changes.
• Provide scalable solutions for continued growth.
• Set project requirements and drive agendas across internal and external teams.
• Daily tactical communication with external vendors (Logistics Service Providers) and internal customers on operational and safety matters.
• Work with multiple stakeholder teams to develop and implement new best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in the operational environment internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations across transportation operations.
