Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Transformation Finance Manager to support tracking of the Global Transformation program's financial deliverables. The role collaborates with the APAC Transformation Director and program team, locally and regionally, to drive analysis and reporting.

The fixed-term contract runs until 30 June 2027. The successful candidate will work within a large global organisation and contribute to profitability and performance targets across the program.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling experience in large programmes.
• Ability to interpret complex financial models.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in global organisations with transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support for the Global Transformation program.
• Partner with business leaders to inform decisions and targets.
• Analyse budgets, forecasts, and provide interpretation and guidance.
• Maintain core financial model and deliver high-quality updates.
• Prepare internal reporting and cost/benefit tracking for the program.
