Hudson RPO Asia Pacific is partnering with a high-growth multinational financial services group to appoint an independent Regional Tax Director to lead corporate tax strategy, transfer pricing, and compliance across APAC.

The role requires deep regional tax expertise, experience in financial services, and the ability to steer tax planning and audits with senior leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of regional tax experience in international tax or transfer pricing.
• Experience in financial services: brokerage, trading platforms, or Big 4 tax teams.
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP guidelines and cross-border transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• Advise senior leadership on corporate income tax and transfer pricing across APAC.
• Oversee withholding taxes, GST/transaction taxes for trading activities.
• Review TP documentation and ensure alignment with regulations.
• Coordinate tax provisions and manage regional tax audits.
