Job summary

TAYTONN ASCC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced supply chain professional to support end-to-end operations across Singapore, coordinating procurement, 3PL, inventory management, and regional affiliate shipments.

You will work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with DG requirements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager in Singapore, and delivering KPI-driven

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
Experience in chemical/solvent/petrochemical or industrial distribution preferred.
Good understanding of hazardous/dangerous goods (DG) handling, Incoterms 2020, and maritime shipping terminology.
Experience with inventory/supply chain data and ERP or SCM systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement with suppliers and manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery status.
Monitor stock levels across 3PL warehouses and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ETD/ETA, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
Coordinate sales orders and order confirmations for regional affiliates in APAC.
Prepare supply chain reports and KPI metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
Ensure DG handling and storage are compliant with safety regulations.
