Qualifications

• 5-15 years of professional work experience in leasing, shipping or aviation finance.
• Strong credit, structuring, and financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets products.
• MBA, CFA or CPA designation will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead deals end-to-end from origination to execution, including financial modeling and deal memos.
• Build financial models to evaluate performance under varied scenarios and capital structures.
• Develop recommendations and prepare credit submissions.
• Prepare and present credit facility materials and review documentation.
