APAC Strategy Expert - Global Payment

Responsibilities

About the Team: The Partnerships and Strategy Management team in Global Payment ensures secure, professional, and efficient overseas payment and financial services solutions, supporting business expansion and payment channel unblocking. Tasks include developing service capabilities and payment instruction orchestration engines.

1. Industry and Strategic Research: Track global trends, analyze competitors and markets, and assess regulatory frameworks to identify risks and opportunities.
2. Mid to Long-Term Planning: Design 3–5 year roadmaps for payment and credit expansion, market prioritization, and partnership building.
3. Business Strategy Support: Collaborate with business units to identify growth levers, optimize monetization, and address operational challenges.
4. Cross-Functional Strategy Implementation: Lead research projects, develop recommendations, and coordinate teams for execution.
5. Performance Management and Strategic Iteration: Support business reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and refine plans accordingly.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years in strategic analysis, consulting, or investment, preferably in payments/fintech; familiarity with payment models and lending frameworks; proficiency in strategic tools; strong data analysis skills; excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Finance; experience in payments or fintech, including pricing strategy, business modeling, or licensing.
