Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service/operations, contract administration, or related support roles in medical devices or regulated industry with regional exposure.
• Experience managing contracts, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and document control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate service agreements, quotations, renewals, and related documentation.
• Monitor contract execution, purchase orders, invoices, and payment status; follow up and resolve issues.
• Maintain visibility of open items and elevate issues as needed.
• Administer service-related data in SAP and Salesforce including customer, asset, and master data.
• Support PO processing, invoice coordination, and service record management.
