Job summary

Menarini Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Regional Data & AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust data foundation across APAC.

You will lead data pipelines from ERP/CRM systems, develop data models, and deploy AI algorithms to optimize commercial performance while ensuring privacy and governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data sources across sales, marketing, and supply chain, driving insights for customer experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience with ingestion, transformation, modeling.
• Experience integrating diverse data sources across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing concepts, and programming in Python and R.
• Ability to process datasets in Mandarin and interact with Chinese markets.
• Excellent communication to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile mindset with ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to data accuracy, rigorous testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering initiatives using agile frameworks and manage backlogs.
• Design, develop, and scale end-to-end data pipelines from ERP/CRM, supply chain, ecommerce APIs into centralized cloud/on-premise systems.
• Own data solutions and monitor pipeline reliability and uptime.
• Create and manage regional master data (products, customers, suppliers, inventory) and assist market teams with data migration.
• Develop data models to support forecasting, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and consolidation strategies.
• Design and deploy AI models in production environments with data privacy and governance.
• Build a unique customer identifier across omnichannel touchpoints and a data catalog for commercial teams.
• Identify new data sources and consolidation opportunities to reduce subscriptions and improve intelligence.
• Collaborate with Corporate to align regional data initiatives with business objectives.
