Job summary

Visa, based in Singapore, seeks a Manager – Sales Enablement & RFP to coordinate RFIs/RFPs, craft executive-ready proposals, and manage contract reviews. You will support APAC sales leadership across complex pursuits and strategic opportunities, coordinating cross-functional inputs and maintaining cadence and governance.

The role requires 8+ years in sales enablement or bid management, strong stakeholder influence, and deep SaaS understanding.

Qualifications

8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, bid/RFP management or related fields.
Proven end-to-end RFI/RFP response management under tight deadlines.
Strong cadence management: action trackers, RAID logs, and decision logs.
Strong stakeholder management to influence across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance/Deal Desk, and Legal.
Commercial acumen: support business cases and pricing inputs with Finance.
Understanding of cloud-based technology and SaaS concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive summaries.
Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel; strong organization.

Responsibilities

Leading the coordination and delivery of RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions (workplans, timelines, cross-functional inputs, reviews, and submission packaging); supporting opportunity strategy and development of executive-ready proposal and presentation materials.
Coordinating contract review and internal approval cycles with relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining pursuit operating cadence (action/issue/decision logs and follow-ups).
Producing management reporting on pipeline and priority pursuits.
Supporting go-to-market planning discussions through synthesis of client, market, and competitive insights into decision-ready materials.
