Shiseido NEXT Internship Programme 2027 invites you to join the Regional Corporate Strategy team in APAC. As an intern you will assist with FY28 pricing planning, gather and validate competitor pricing data, and support pricing analytics across markets.

You will help maintain Power BI dashboards, standardize data formats, and contribute to data governance and automation initiatives while learning from professionals in a global beauty company with a rich heritage.

Qualifications

Undergrad / Postgrad pursuing Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management techniques.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets.

Responsabilités

FY28 Pricing Strategy Support
Collect, validate, and maintain competitor pricing data across APAC markets.
Conduct pricing research using official brand websites, e‑commerce platforms, department stores, and other approved sources.
Verify and update pricing information within existing databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Consolidate distributor market pricing across all brands and markets.
Support the preparation of pricing databases, benchmarking analyses, and materials required for the FY28 pricing cycle.
Identify pricing gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improving data quality.
Pricing Analytics & Business Intelligence
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the regional Pricing Power BI platform.
Consolidate and manage pricing data across Shiseido brands, competitor brands, and all markets, including distributor markets.
Build and maintain structured datasets covering historical pricing, current pricing, competitor benchmarks, and cross‑market comparisons.
Standardise data formats and improve data governance to support reporting, analytics, and future automation initiatives.
Prepare datasets for Power BI integration and dashboard development.
Support data validation, reporting, ad hoc analyses, and dashboard enhancement projects.
Where applicable, assist with Power BI development, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
