Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional QA Engineer for Integrated Solutions APAC in Singapore. This on-site role partners with local and global teams to drive quality improvements, ensure compliance, and support the IS business across the region.

You will lead QMS activities, manage NC, CAPA, and audits, develop training materials, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives that help deliver safe, effective solutions to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc required; 5+ years in quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and cGMP.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Drive QA and compliance for APAC IS business.
• Manage QMS processes: NC, CAPA, complaints, audits.
• Lead validation QA strategy and governance for IS.
• Support project performance reviews and management reviews.
• Develop training materials and deliver QA training.
