Fortrea Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Associate Director to lead RC&QA strategy across APAC ex-India, providing day-to-day quality leadership and regional SME support. You will collaborate with country teams, clients, and global quality functions to drive risk-based decisions and continuous improvement.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with travel to support audits, inspections, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• MSC or equivalent postgraduate degree in science or management related discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in regulatory or GxP environments with QA leadership.

Responsabilités

• Execute regional RC&QA strategy across APAC ex-India and provide day-to-day quality leadership.
• Translate priorities into clear team objectives, risk-based advice, and actionable actions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
