Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Regional Medical Lead (RML) APAC in Neuroscience to lead APAC regional medical strategy, align Global and Local medical efforts, and drive evidence-based decision making across markets. You will collaborate with Global MPLs and regional teams to shape launch readiness and lifecycle management.

The role focuses on bridging regional insights with global strategy, advancing medical plans, and ensuring cohesive engagement with cross-functional partners

Responsabilités

• Represent APAC and connect Global and Local
• Lead Global & Local strategic integration by representing market needs, translating global direction into actionable regional plans, and ensuring country insights meaningfully shape Global strategies
• Partner closely with Global Medical Product Leads (MPLs) and global cross functional working groups translating Global objectives into a Regional perspective that supports the commercialization of scientifically differentiated assets
• Proactively seek timely and quality inputs and feedback from Local teams to inform clinical programs and commercialization strategies and represent & advocate for Regional and Local needs within Global settings
• Serve as the central liaison between Global Medical and Country Medical leadership and business leaders in the region ensuring aligned communication, coordinated execution, and timely escalation of needs, risks, and strategic priorities
• Drive cross market scientific collaboration by connecting local teams with Global Medical, facilitating best practice sharing, harmonizing implementation, and removing market roadblocks to enable seamless medical execution across regions
• Understand and anticipate market and regional launch needs, synthesizing risks and opportunities, informing launch readiness governance, and resolving execution issues in partnership with global and local teams
• Collaborate on lifecycle management strategies by identifying data gaps, informing prioritization, and ensuring market insights align with WW portfolio planning
• Lead visibility and prioritization of market level evidence gaps as a key driver of Evidence Generation, guiding markets through non-interventional research (NIR) and Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP) processes, and steering regional discussions to ensure local evidence needs are fully reflected in medical plans
• Identify opportunities for collaborative studies and engage with innovative platforms, engaging Global Medical, Medical Evidence Generation (MEG), Scientific Collaborations & Alliances, Digital Health, and other stakeholders to expand evidence generation impact
• Partner across the regional matrix, including the APAC Regional Medical Head, Country Medical Heads and market medical teams, to keep priorities aligned and
• Foster strong relationships across Medical (including Medical Communications, MEG and Medical Engagement Excellence) and with cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access and HEOR) to ensure cohesive medical strategy execution and consistent engagement with regional and global partners
