We’re Hiring: APAC Regional Head – Singapore

Are you a senior leader with a strong background in selling into banks and financial institutions, and experience in the travel or loyalty sectors? Our client is looking for an Regional Head of APAC to be based in Singapore and lead their ambitious growth across the region.

About the Role

As the Regional Head of APAC, you will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing their APAC strategy, driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and elevating their brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead end-to-end sales, partnerships, and product initiatives to exceed revenue targets in APAC.
  • P&L Management: Own the regional P&L, ensuring profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Operations & Execution: Oversee regional initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with global strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and authorities. Represent the business in regional forums and media.
  • Compliance & Culture: Ensure compliance with local regulations, promote an inclusive and diverse workplace, and uphold the company's values.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Senior experience: At least 5 years in leadership roles with a strong background in sales and P&L management.
  • Industry expertise: Demonstrated success selling to banks and financial institutions, with experience in the travel or loyalty sectors.
  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the APAC markets with established networks.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (essential). Proficiency in Mandarin is highly beneficial.
  • Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to strategize, execute multiple initiatives, and inspire high-performing teams.
