Job summary

Shiseido Company, Limited invites a regional marketing intern to join Cle de Peau Beauté’s brand team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across strategy development, digital marketing, PR, CRM, and project execution within a dynamic Asia Pacific region.

You’ll collaborate with multiple markets, contribute to real business projects, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals as you build essential brand-management skills for a global beauty company with a heritage of over 150 years.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or Marketing.
• Internship experience related to brand marketing/strategy in FMCG, Prestige, Beauty is a plus.
• Beauty experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration and people management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support regional marketing analysis, brand strategy, and market research.
• Assist with e-commerce and digital projects to drive online growth and brand building.
• Review market plans, help ideate regional initiatives, and assist in execution and tracking across Media, Digital, PR, E-commerce, Promotions, and Education.
• Support day-to-day marketing processes within the regional brand team.
