The Vita Coco Company is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager - APAC to lead factory-facing quality across the APAC network. You will drive CAPA, non-conformance investigations and corrective actions, while strengthening quality systems and governance in partnership with factory teams.

You will supervise APAC Quality Engineers, advance HACCP and regulatory compliance, and ensure ongoing risk-based improvements in aseptic manufacturing and packaging integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive quality experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Demonstrated CAPA governance, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Experience with HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and US FDA FSMA requirements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead factory-facing quality leadership and governance across APAC factories.
• Drive CAPA investigations, containment, and verification with evidence-based closure.
• Develop practical SOPs and quality-control plans aligned with regulatory needs.
• Analyse data to identify trends, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach APAC Quality Engineers and ensure risk-based prioritisation.
