Job summary

The Associate/Senior Associate role at Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. in Singapore supports delivery of operational and change initiatives across APAC trading desks, driving projects related to new trading initiatives, market access, and regulatory or technology developments.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance to deliver objectives, analyze business needs, and manage risks to ensure timetabled delivery across the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of middle and back-office trade lifecycle processes, including execution, funding, confirmation, and settlement
• Ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment by understanding business needs and coordinating multi-team delivery

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to deliver project objectives across APAC trading desks
• Analyze business needs and assess operational impacts across the trade lifecycle, including execution, funding, confirmation, and settlement processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of operational and change initiatives
• Manage project-driven tasks by identifying risks, resolving issues, and adapting plans to meet evolving requirements
• Facilitate communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders to support new trading initiatives and market access
