To develop customized technology license packages, including engineering services and catalysts supply, for licensees constructing production plants using the company technologies.
To build and maintain long-term relationships with industry partners (licensees, engineering partners, vendors) to enhance company’s business on a global scale
To collect, monitor, analyze and share competitive intelligence to gain competitive advantage for the company.
To represent company in industry associations, conferences, trade shows, customers events etc. through presenting technical and/or industry-relevant topics and networking
To collaborate with other business units including Catalysts, Engineering, Intellectual Property and Global Intermediates Technology to present company’s package offerings to the licensees
To negotiate technology license contracts (TLCs) and ancillary agreements required to conclude licensing deals. Negotiations involve both technical and commercial aspects (e.g. license fee).
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or other related field.
Experience in engineering service, preferably in petrochemical or chemical plants
Experience in technical marketing and sales; advanced negotiation skills preferred
