Job Description

• Lead construction planning including tendering, budgeting, scheduling & resource management from concept design to delivery before the project is handed over to another team for construction execution.
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase.
• Work towards the collective goal of efficient, timely, and high-quality execution of construction projects adhering to global standards.
• Assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of market trends and factors impacting the property industry.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the respective country guidelines and industry regulations and that the necessary permits & licenses are obtained in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and project management principles.
• Significant experience in a pre-construction, front-end planning role.
• Experience in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, hospitals/healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.
