Job Description
Lead construction planning including tendering, budgeting, scheduling & resource management from concept design to delivery before the project is handed over to another team for construction execution.
Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase.
Work towards the collective goal of efficient, timely, and high-quality execution of construction projects adhering to global standards.
Assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Maintain a detailed understanding of market trends and factors impacting the property industry.
Ensure all projects adhere to the respective country guidelines and industry regulations and that the necessary permits & licenses are obtained in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and project management principles.
Significant experience in a pre-construction, front-end planning role.
Experience in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, hospitals/healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.
