Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Manager, Policy & Government Relations for Singapore to shape fintech and digital asset policy across APAC. You will lead policy positions, engage with MAS and other regulators, and coordinate with compliance, product, and engineering teams to navigate evolving regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–9 years in financial services policy, strong regional networks, and a passion for crypto. This role requires cross-border cooperation and willingness to travel within the APAC

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of hands-on policy and regulation experience in APAC, ideally with regulators or governments.
• Existing network in Singapore and across the APAC region.
• Understanding of digital assets and payments policy in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kraken’s policy positions across APAC, starting with Singapore.
• Engage directly with policymakers and regulators (e.g., MAS) and industry groups.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal teams on impact and strategy.
