Job Description
JPM Payments, the world's largest cash management provider, manages client money through products including payments, collections, trade finance, investments, and merchant acquiring, helping companies manage working capital and liquidity.
APAC Payment Rail Product delivery team, part of Global Payment Rail, handles end-to-end product platform delivery for Asia Pacific markets. As a Product Delivery Manager in this team, you will gain exposure to payment capabilities and the product delivery lifecycle, supporting clients' cash management needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands, including identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end product platform delivery and implementation, overseeing timelines, resources, and budgets. Maintain governance and communication with stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and successes. Ensure delivery of a top-tier payment platform with excellent client experience.
- Enhance platform stability, resiliency, and capabilities to improve client experience.
- Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and other partners across regions and functions, engaging external vendors when needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in Payments/Transaction banking with platform delivery expertise.
- Experience working with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams, with strong influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with leadership and execution capabilities. Creative problem solver.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Inclusive and collaborative mindset with stakeholder navigation skills.
- Experience with Agile product development.
- Willingness to travel and ability to manage global stakeholders.
