Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead end-to-end client incentive accounting and drive finance transformation across APAC. You will oversee accounting, reporting, and governance for incentive programmes while partnering with Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or controllership functions within financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements and assessing financial implications.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or systems implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and automation technologies within finance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, reporting, and governance for client incentive programmes across APAC.
• Analyse commercial agreements to determine financial treatment and assess programme performance.
• Drive process optimisation initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline finance and accounting workflows.
• Leverage data analytics, AI solutions, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and business insights.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure effective programme execution and compliance.
• Support finance systems enhancements, digital transformation projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to strengthen controls, improve service quality, and accelerate turnaround times.
