Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is implementing a regional transformation to optimize the supply chain network, warehousing and transportation. The role focuses on governance, portfolio management and data-driven decision support across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and experience with enterprise reporting tools to deliver measurable cost and productivity improvements within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years+ of relevant experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, transformation or project & portfolio management.
• At least 3 years coordinating complex cross-functional projects across multiple functions, markets or external partners
• Experience maintaining project, portfolio and financial information in enterprise reporting tools
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Experience with 3PL contracts, remediation, invoice or rate-card analysis and cost-to-serve improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide regional project governance and project management support for transformation initiatives (e.g. DC/SC network, cost mitigation, margin expansion).
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, risks, issues and decisions across market, regional and functional teams.
• Coordinate governance with Deliver, Procurement, Finance, IT and 3PL partners; ensure visibility of risks and decisions.
• Support transformation portfolio management with structured status reporting and escalation.
• Assist Planisware, Quickbase updates and data quality for global reporting.
