Job summary

The Klick Group in Singapore/APAC seeks an Account Director to guide healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across Singapore and the APAC region. The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to help clients achieve objectives.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive integrated launch and lifecycle programmes while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong MedComms experience across scientific/medical content and HCP engagement.
• APAC/Singapore market experience with regulatory nuances.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities within existing relationships.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing communications.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of key accounts across Singapore and APAC.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive timely execution across workstreams.
• Partner with strategy, medical, creative, and project management teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value and shape strategic plans.
• Lead client meetings and maintain clear communication and feedback loops.
