Job summary

Samsonite Brands Private Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for APAC & ME on a 1-year contract. The role provides cross-functional support across planning, procurement, logistics, and reporting to ensure data integrity and timely execution of supply chain processes.

You will coordinate POs, monitor orders, support demand & supply planning, and prepare routine SCM reports while collaborating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in supply chain, planning, PO management, or logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PO creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.
• Monitor order status and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Support demand and supply planning activities.
• Prepare and distribute routine SCM reports and KPIs.
• Analyze operational data to support project schedules and outcomes.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audits.
