We are partnering exclusively with a leading global consumer brand to recruit a Marketing Manager based in Singapore. This is a regional role covering multiple markets across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and deploy regional marketing strategies, tools, and brand assets to support consistent execution across Asia Pacific
  • Spearhead major regional campaigns and lead the launch of new products in top-priority markets
  • Drive regional initiatives spanning digital, media, innovation, and consumer insights
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient allocation of resources
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute integrated 360 marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain consistent brand execution and messaging across all markets
  • Facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing between regional and local marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 to 10 years’ experience in marketing in FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of APAC consumer trends and digital media
  • Proven track record in brand building and NPD
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and budget management
  • Fluent in English; experienced in multicultural, matrixed environments
