Intro
We are hiring an APAC Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts for a global leader in NDT solutions. This role demands expertise in campaign strategy, events management, and distributor partnerships, with a deep understanding of industrial/technical markets, regulatory environments, and marketing channels across APAC.
What will you do
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop campaigns to promote NDT products/services.
- Craft messaging that highlights compliance, safety, and ROI for targeted groups.
- Leverage industry trends (e.g., automation in NDT, predictive maintenance) to position the company as a thought leader.
- Events Management
- Plan technical workshops, tradeshows, and webinars.
- Coordinate live demos of NDT equipment and software to drive lead generation.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations during event executions.
- Distributor & Partner Relationship Management
- Train and support distributors on marketing assets via Partner Portal and regular communications after alignment with country managers.
- Collaborate on co-branded campaigns to showcase NDT solutions in action.
- Monitor distributor performance and align incentives with regional sales goals.
- Content & Digital Marketing
- Oversee creation of technical content (e.g., videos, infographics) using Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Support global digital head to optimize SEO/SEM for regional industrial keywords.
- Proficient with HubSpot and CRM tools to create campaign packages and workflows.
- Provide up-to-date content to Global Content Manager for social media campaigns.
- Maintain strong partnership with global team to offer local insights.
- Budget & Compliance
- Allocate budgets for technical campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry-specific financial regulations.
- Track KPIs such as lead quality, distributor engagement, and campaign-driven sales pipeline growth.
What do we expect
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Visual Design, Engineering, or Industrial Technology; multilingual skills in Japanese and Korean are a strong plus.
Experience
- 5-8 years in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial technology or machinery.
- Proven success in B2B marketing asset creation.
- Experience working with distributors in APAC’s industrial sectors.
- Strong team player with experience in a global environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.) for creating technical videos, brochures, and demo materials.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing standards and experience with HubSpot and CRM.
- Ability to translate complex technical specs into compelling marketing collateral.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is highly preferred for engaging APAC stakeholders.
