Job description

Client: Focus is on healthcare and pharmaceutical products

Job Summary: Work closely with APAC marketing team and local commercial team in order to develop and manage the external use promotional use and advertising materials. The primary responsibility is to manage the internal Veeva process for routing and approving external use materials in accordance with internal policy and company brand guidelines. Also, to coordinate with third-party vendors for artwork modifications to produce external use materials including but not limit to collateral and videos

Job Scope:

  • Internal System Management: Handle the internal approval system for external use materials, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and is approved in a timely manner.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the company's brand standards and guidelines.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to modify and finalize artwork, ensuring high-quality and brand-compliant outputs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Review and proofread materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Degree in MKT / PR/Marcom or management
  • Medical device and/or healthcare industry background is good to have
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Marketing Communications, digital marketing/ advertising, project management or other similar field required
  • MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Proof reading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of interdisciplinary teams that include product managers, designers, agencies, and marketing automation teams.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to independently manage multiple projects towards aggressive deadlines.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to S$4.5K + 1-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 12-month renewable and convertible
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
