The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) invites a Director, Macro Sales to lead the Macro Investor sales franchise across Asia Pacific, with Singapore as a hub for Southeast Asia. You will build relationships with sophisticated institutional clients, hedge funds and key investor groups, and collaborate across trading, sales and risk teams.

You will monitor markets, drive revenue growth, promote electronic trading platforms, and ensure rigorous risk controls and compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in EM Macro/Interest Rate/FX/Derivatives sales to institutional clients.
• Proven track record building lasting client relationships, including hedge funds.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills; ability to mentor juniors.

Responsabilidades

• Market FX and Rates products to sophisticated institutional clients in Singapore.
• Monitor markets and send timely updates and trade ideas.
• Expand electronic trading penetration with platforms like FXConnect and FXGo.
• Identify new client wallet opportunities to grow flow revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk, legal, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with limits and regulations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote best practices.
• Develop the regional business and network across SEA.
