Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies Europe is seeking an APAC Logistics Analyst to drive data-driven insights across Asia-Pacific. The role focuses on analyzing logistics performance, cost management, and process digitalization with dashboards built in Excel and Power BI.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and Chinese language proficiency, with effective stakeholder communication across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Logistics / Transportation Damage and Claim Follow up.
• Check and follow up internally based on updates from freight forwarders and logistics providers on open damage/claims shipments.
• Reporting & Carrier Management Support.
• Collect shipment reports, measure and analyze logistics KPI for on-time delivery, transport cost and efficiency across Air Freight, Sea Freight and Overland.
• Track and analyze freight costs across APAC; audit invoices and detect discrepancies.
• Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and root causes of logistics issues.
• Support monthly/quarterly performance reviews across APAC with performance scorecards.
• Support RFQs/RFPs by collecting business requirements aligning with BOSCH Service Catalogue/MOP format.
• Process improvement and digitalization; propose solutions and help implement logistics tools and system upgrades.
• Standardize processes across APAC countries.

APAC Logistics Analyst is a data-driven problem solver who ensures logistics operations across the region are cost-efficient, reliable, and optimized, while navigating the complexity of multiple countries. Typically works within Bosch’s regional supply chain or logistics organization, supporting operations across Asia-Pacific. The role usually combines data analysis, operational support, and process improvement.

Your tasks

• Logistics / Transportation Damage and Claim Follow up
• Check and follow up internally based on the freight forwarder/logistics providers updates on the open damage/claims shipments
• Reporting & Carrier Management Support
• Collecting shipment reports from Global Freight Forwarder, measure and analyse logistics KPI for on-time delivery (OTD), transport cost and efficiency for Air Freight, Sea Freight and Overland.
• Track and analyse freight costs across APAC. Audit invoices and detect discrepancies.
• Build dashboard and reports (often in Excel, Power BI or similar system/tools)
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and root causes of logistics issues
• Support monthly/ quarterly performance reviews across APAC by providing performance scorecard.
• Support RFQs/RFPs (focus on collecting business requirement aligning with BOSCH Service Catalogue/ MOP format).

Your profile

• Candidate should speak Chinese.
• Good knowledge of supply chain & logistics concepts. At least 3-5 years working experience in supply chain related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good skillset in Microsoft office, Power BI (bonus points on TMS & WMS)
• Attention to detail and process mindset
