Job summary

Johnson Controls India seeks a Lean Director, APAC Leader to drive Lean transformation across APAC regions. You will lead strategic problem-solving, standard work, and capability building, while collaborating with Lean Leaders to scale Lean culture and continuous improvement.

You will mentor Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and leaders, guiding governance and performance dashboards to sustain value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
12-15+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
Experience leading business transformation projects with tangible results.
Strong leadership, business acumen, and change management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methods & tools.
Travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

Focus on regional initiatives aligned with the global lean program and support regional & global implementations.
Implement process improvement methodologies and tools.
Lead improvements across the organization and drive performance.
Conduct Lean training sessions for personnel.
Facilitate Obeya Room setups, VSM, Kaizen workshops, and action closure.
Mentor project leaders to accelerate results and foster CI culture.
