Job summary

BNP Paribas Singapore invites recent graduates or final-year students to join a two-year APAC Graduate Programme in Information Technology & Operations. The programme offers streams in Business Analytics, IT Development, Infrastructure, IT Security and PMO, with a start date in July 2027 in Singapore.

You will receive extensive training, mentorship and hands-on exposure across global banking projects, preparing you for a fast-paced career in financial services.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate with bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent).
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Render functional analysis on project and deployment matters (planning, QA, requirements, risks, issues, stakeholder updates).
• Collaborate with service providers and colleagues to deliver quality services and solutions.
• Participate in studies and adopt department methodologies to understand and apply standards.
• Monitor risks and issues, report major deviations to management.
• Define and produce functional and/or technical testing plans; participate in UAT.
• Liaise with Development, Front Office and Operations to ensure functional coverage and validate test scenarios.
