Team Introduction

Our Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region. Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to inspire and influence key stakeholders, including brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.

2.Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, covering events, scaled education, partner upskilling, content marketing, email marketing, social media, press releases, client relationship management, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.

3.Independently own and lead strategic projects that need cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, operation departments and more.

4.Collaborate closely with global and local APAC teams to foster synergy, acting as a strategic consultant to enhance business alignment and performance.

5.Analyze and optimize marketing channels, particularly events, to extract insights, measure impact, and drive best practices.

6.Manage regular reporting on business marketing initiatives and results, especially for quarterly planning (OKR), reporting (QBR) and annual planning.

7.This role will be based in Singapore.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. 0-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.

2. Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.

3. Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture in APAC markets, exposure to regional roles.

4. A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.

5. Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

6. Excellent in project management. Ability to quickly complete/execute large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

1.Proven experience in brands, media, advertising or technology industries preferred.

2.Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, especially events, are preferred.

3.Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.
