Job summary

STACK APAC is hiring an Insurance & Treasury Operations Manager to oversee the regional insurance programme and support debt and treasury activities. The role collaborates with brokers, internal teams and advisers to structure, place and administer coverage across APAC while coordinating debt drawdowns and hedge records.

This hands-on, individual-contributor position requires solid organisation, commercial judgment and ability to navigate multiple jurisdictions within a finance-focused team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, treasury operations, or risk management.
• Experience with construction, real estate, data centres, or capital-intensive businesses preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience with insurance placement, claims, and contract risk transfer is a plus.
• Familiarity with APAC insurance markets (AU, JP, MY) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead STACK APAC's regional insurance programme across the region.
• Negotiate and place insurance, review terms, deducibles and renewals.
• Coordinate debt drawdowns, hedging, and lender reporting.
• Maintain debt-service calendars and process financing payments.
• Prepare management reporting on coverage, premiums, and exposures.
