Job summary

STACK APAC is seeking an Insurance & Treasury Operations Manager to oversee the regional insurance programme and support debt, hedging and treasury activities across APAC. The role will be within the Finance team and collaborate with Delivery, Operations and external advisers to structure, place and administer insurance coverage across the APAC platform.

This hands-on, individual-contributor role requires strong organisation, commercial judgement and the ability to work across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, insurance broking, treasury operations or risk management.
• Experience with construction, real estate, data centres or capital-intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance placement, policy terms and debt financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage STACK APAC’s insurance programme across the region (construction, operational, corporate, specialty).
• Structure, market, negotiate, place and renew insurance programmes; review terms, risks and costs.
• Coordinate debt drawdowns, maintain debt-service calendars and hedge registers; support lender reporting.
