Job summary

TD Securities Inc. in Singapore seeks a BISO L08 to provide technology and cybersecurity risk support, governance, and oversight across APAC. You will partner with business and technology teams to identify risks and ensure controls are integrated into designs.

The role requires 3–5 years in information security, risk management, and strong communication skills. Collaboration with Compliance, ORM and control partners is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Risk Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Risk, Technology Risk, IT Controls, GRC, Audit or related field.
• Experience supporting technology risk assessments, control reviews, audit activities or governance processes.
• Sound knowledge of technology controls, cybersecurity principles and risk management practices.
• Ability to assess and document technology and cybersecurity risks and control gaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Asset Risk Assessments (TARA) under supervision.
• Support Control Gap Assessments (CGA) and document control deficiencies for remediation.
• Contribute to risk assessments across confidentiality, integrity, availability and regulatory considerations.
• Support security and technology risk assessments for new applications and technology initiatives.
• Contribute to design assessments to determine whether security controls are incorporated into proposed solutions.
• Review architecture blueprints, system/process flows and assessment results for risk documentation.
• Assist in assessing system designs against security requirements including authentication, access control and cryptography.
• Review risk assessments, control gaps, findings and remediation plans under senior guidance.
• Provide guidance to Asset Owners and project teams on technology and cybersecurity risk requirements.
• Support APAC-specific technology and regulatory assessments with Compliance and ORM.
• Communicate risks and assessment outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish relationships across business and technology partners to support governance.
