World Fuel seeks an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to lead APAC tax strategy across trading activities. You will advise on VAT/GST, fuel taxes, and excise, partner with traders, operations, and finance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of indirect tax, VAT, GST, fuel tax, or tax advisory experience.
• Experience advising on indirect tax implications of complex commercial transactions.
• Experience across APAC indirect tax regimes and compliance obligations.
• Experience with tax technologies such as Oracle/R12, Oracle Fusion, Vertex, OneSource, or Avalara.

Aufgaben

• Indirect Tax Advisory: provide practical indirect tax advice on business transactions across APAC.
• Compliance & Governance: oversee APAC indirect tax compliance, filings, and reporting with SSC.
• Tax Technology & Process Improvement: enhance tax processes, reporting, and controls; support tax engine implementations.
• Business Partnership: build relationships with Trading, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology; train stakeholders on indirect tax.
