APAC HR Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Regional Human Resources Manager to support and strengthen our growing supply chain operations from our client across the APAC region. This is a strategic HR leadership role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with the strategic goals of supply chain operations
2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety, and regional HR policies
3. Support leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
4. Handle escalated HR issues, including employee relations and disciplinary actions
5. Oversee compensation, benefits, and regional benchmarking to ensure competitive practices
6. Coach and guide managers on talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement
7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
8. Lead cross-country HR operations, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards

Requirement:

1. Minimum 8 years in HR roles, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-country role
2. Prior HR experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain-related industries preferred
3. Strong understanding of labor laws across APAC countries
4. Proven ability to drive HR projects, resolve complex issues, and support a distributed workforce
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
7. Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business
8. High cultural sensitivity and strong organizational skills
