DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Group Tax to lead Singapore tax operations and act as the Asia Pacific lead for indirect tax advisory.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and drive strategic Group tax initiatives across the region. You will oversee GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax for Singapore entities, advise management on tax implications, and coordinate with tax authorities during audits and disputes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related tax or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of indirect tax including GST/VAT and withholding taxes across APAC.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying tax risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tax-related operational activities for Singapore entities, including corporate income tax, GST and withholding tax, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary tax advisor to management and stakeholders on tax implications and regulatory developments.
• Lead engagements with tax authorities across audits, assessments and dispute resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, internal controls, and best practices.
• Provide regional indirect tax advisory support to Asia Pacific entities as the SME for indirect tax matters.
• Lead regional tax projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives with consistent policy implementation.
• Champion knowledge sharing of regulatory updates and best practices across regional teams.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.
