Job summary

Control Risks Group (S) Pte Ltd invites applications for a Security Intelligence Analyst on a fixed-term contract in Singapore. The role supports a premier client by collecting, curating, and disseminating risk intelligence to partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring geopolitical events, acting as APAC SME, producing safety assessments and forecasts, and drafting tailored, client-ready analyses. Availability for the 12 Oct 2026–31 May 2027 period is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in history, political science, international relations, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in global risk and threat analysis.
• Experience in collection and analytical methodologies.
• Experience editing and compiling written analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the APAC region.
• Familiar with social media monitoring techniques.
• Proficient with client workspace tools; able to present information visually.
• Excellent research, analytical, writing, and verbal presentation skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to external environment and organization.
• Strong customer service focus and team player.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse geopolitical events affecting the client’s global operations.
• Act as APAC region subject matter expert.
• Provide major event safety and security assessments and forecasts.
• Conduct site and travel vulnerability assessments.
• Support location-specific intelligence including alerts and maps.
• Draft comprehensive, well-researched analysis tailored to client needs.
• Define priorities for in-depth analysis of locations relevant to client interests.
