Michael Page International is partnering with a Southeast Asian client to recruit an FP&A/Finance Business Partner role based in Singapore. The position involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and strategic finance for project and engineering environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate financial data into commercial insights, and contribute to process improvements while developing your career within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in FP&A, finance partnering, or management accounting.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards.
• Analyse revenue, margins, profitability, and key drivers.
• Partner with commercial, operational, and project teams.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Support project performance reviews and forecasting visibility.
• Assist leadership on pricing, profitability, and opportunities.
• Improve reporting processes and tools.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc financial modelling and strategic analysis.
