Job summary

Flint is seeking an Associate Director to join its APAC financial services team in Singapore. You will advise on public policy, regulation, and commercial strategy for clients including asset managers, banks, FMI players, fintechs, and corporates across the region.

Based in Singapore, you will lead advisory projects, mentor junior colleagues, and drive business development while delivering high-quality client work with strategic leadership and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Asia-Pacific markets within financial services policy.
• Deep understanding of policy, regulatory and commercial issues shaping APAC financial services.
• Strong background in government, regulator, consultancy, think tank, or financial services firms in managerial roles.
• Proven track record managing projects and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and deliver high-impact projects in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advisory projects in financial services focusing on public policy and regulatory strategy.
• Support business development through proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
• Manage client relationships across Asia-Pacific, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership to maximise client value and mentor junior colleagues.
• Ensure effective project management, resource allocation and delivery of engagements.
• Oversee client account administration and budgeting.
• Provide feedback, coaching and participate in performance reviews.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership and Flint materials.
• Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Engage in strategic relationship-building to generate leads.
