Job summary

Ripple is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for the controllership function in Singapore. As the finance partner for the APAC region, this team supports a broad range of finance activities with a core focus on financial close, statutory audits, and operationalizing local entities for regulatory, tax, and compliance alignment.

Reporting to the APAC Controller, you will drive robust financial workflows, maintain data integrity, and shape the future of crypto payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Qualified Accountant designation (CA, CPA, or equivalent global certification)
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive accounting experience; mix of Big 4 and growth company experience preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Asset/Crypto space is desirable.
• Deep proficiency in IFRS with strong US GAAP understanding.
• Advanced Excel and ERP familiarity; automation tools for finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end close processes for multiple APAC entities under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Take ownership of statutory audits with external auditors to ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain local ledgers and workflows for statutory/regulatory compliance in APAC.
• Ensure data is structured for repeatable reporting processes and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with outsourced partners to provide timely information and deliverables.
• Partner with APAC Controller and international teams to optimize core financial workflows (reporting, intercompany, revenue/expenses).
• Identify opportunities to automate/AI-driven improvements and support cross-functional projects.
