APAC Finance Director (Manufacturing/Industrial) #AKT

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Finance and Controlling within the APAC

Lead and mentor diverse teams by providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance employee engagement and promote professional growth.

Formulate and execute regional finance strategies for the APAC region

Oversee the regional capital structure and financial resources, including cash flow management, budgeting, strategic investments, cost optimization initiatives, and accurate forecasting

Act as a business partner to the regional leadership team

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate both financial and operational risks effectively.

Requirements:

Degree / Masters in Finance

At least 15 years of expeirence in Finance

APAC (Including China) and Manufacturing Sector experience is a must
