Job summary

totalenergies marketing asia-pacific middle east pte. ltd. seeks an APAC Control and Performance Manager to oversee financial governance, performance management and operational finance for the APAC region.

The role partners with regional management, Joint Ventures and Group control to drive budgeting, risk management and investments while ensuring robust controls and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, control, or performance management roles.
• Exposure to governance bodies, committees, and financial transactions.
• Experience in international or capital-intensive businesses is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Group in governance bodies and joint venture boards.
• Oversee DOA approvals and internal control standards across APAC.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning for APAC.
• Define and manage regional committees (Investment, Joint Venture, Contract, Credit).
• Support farm-down transactions, disposals, and partnership arrangements.
• Coordinate reporting with Branch and Holding departments and Group functions.
• Guide and develop geographically dispersed finance, legal, compliance, and procurement teams.
